One of the most common causes of neck pain is usually from lack of movement, such as sitting in certain positions for too long, staring at the computer screen day after day and going home to watch TV afterward. Always looking down at your phone is a relatively new issue that some people are calling “Text Neck”, so be careful and remember to get out and do exercises and get that neck moving a little more.
