Kennedy is a Missouri State DPT graduate who is originally from the Kansas City area. Prior to attending MSU, she earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Truman State where she was on the cheer team for four years.
Growing up, Kennedy pursued competitive gymnastics which lead her into a role of personal training while obtaining her doctorate. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Kennedy has a strong background in fitness and strives to provide that as a foundation for all of her physical therapy clients. She loves challenging clients, encouraging them to accomplish tasks they otherwise would not have thought possible.
When not with clients, Kennedy enjoys spending time with friends and family, being at the lake, snow skiing in the mountains, going to country music concerts, or shopping for shoes. She also loves strength training and Olympic lifting, and can often be found in a local gym doing CrossFit.
